What’s Included | 1-Hour Puppy Yoga Experience
Light Beginner Yoga: Start with a gentle yoga flow to relax your body and mind.
Puppy Playtime: Enjoy dedicated time to cuddle, play, and connect with our adorable puppies.
Puppy Yoga & Meditation: End with soothing yoga poses and a calming meditation, accompanied by wagging tails.
Yoga mat provided for use during the session.

Location: Kobylenski Lodge at Camp Cochipianee Goshen CT 06756
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in. Late entry will not be permitted 15 minutes after the class begins.
While we do our best to ensure puppy interaction, participation may come with small risks, such as puppy bites and light scratches.
All participants must sign a waiver prior to the session which will be sent out prior to the event
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, with a minimum age of 8 years to participate.
